Answers to the questions we are asked most often about the content, the subscription, access and the company.
The content
What do we receive every day?
A new coloring card (A4 PDF), a new riddle and the answer to yesterday’s riddle, published in your private space.
At what time does the content change?
Every day at midnight, Paris time (Europe/Paris). The answer to a riddle is visible the next day.
Can we see previous content?
Not in this first version: the space shows the current day and yesterday’s answer. Remember to download the card on the day.
Do we have to type the answer to the riddle?
No. The riddle is read-only, with no answer field, no score and no ranking.
For which age?
The cards are designed to be colored as a family and the riddles to be read together. Every family finds its own rhythm.
Subscription and payment
What are the plans?
3 months for €25, 6 months for €35 and 12 months for €55, taxes included. The content is identical; only the length changes.
Is there an automatic renewal?
No. The payment is one-time and the subscription ends by itself on the end date.
When do purchases open?
The opening of purchases is announced on this website. The plans and prices shown are those planned for launch.
How is the payment confirmed?
Server-side, through the payment provider’s confirmation. A redirect to a success page is not enough: access is activated only after real confirmation.
Which payment methods?
Accepted payment methods will be specified when purchases open.

How do I sign in?
With your order number, delivered after payment confirmation. No e-mail, phone number or password is requested for the daily sign-in.
I lost my order number
Find it on your receipt or the screenshot kept after purchase. An exceptional recovery procedure, through the e-mail used at purchase, is available in your space.
On which devices?
On any recent browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. To color, a home A4 printer is enough.

Colorivinette is a brand and service operated by LOUNES DIGITAL LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 81329792), whose registered office is Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367 - 375 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
What exactly does the company sell?
Prepaid digital subscriptions giving daily access to creative content (coloring card, riddle, yesterday’s answer) in an online customer space. The initial market is France.
